Jerry L Martin, the president and license holder, originally hails from Highland, Indiana. In 1970, following his father's retirement, the family moved to Lee County, Florida. He went to Ft Myers Middle School and graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1977. Throughout the years, Jerry has been involved in supporting youth sports in Lee County. Jerry has been a youth soccer coach in the Cape Coral Soccer Association and has also coached youth basketball through the Youth Basketball Association of Lee County (YBA). Moreover, he is a supporter of Bishop Verot High School and its athletic programs.

Debbie Martin, the secretary/treasurer, is originally from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Her family moved to Lee County, Florida in 1972 due to a job transfer. She graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1979 and earned a BS degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.

Jerry and Debbie crossed paths in 1980 and got married in 1982. Their only child, Nick, was born in 1984. Nick graduated from Bishop Verot High School in 2003 and from the University of South Florida in 2008.
