The president and license holder, Jerry L Martin, is originally from Highland, Indiana. In 1970, following his father's retirement, the family moved to Lee County, Florida. Jerry completed his education at Ft Myers Middle School and graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1977. Throughout the years, Jerry has been involved in supporting youth sports in Lee County. He has coached youth soccer for the Cape Coral Soccer Association and youth basketball with the Youth Basketball Association of Lee County (YBA). He also provides support to Bishop Verot High School and its athletic teams.

The secretary/treasurer, Debbie Martin, comes from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Debbie's family moved to Lee County, Florida, in 1972 as a result of a job transfer. She graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1979 and earned a BS degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.

Jerry and Debbie met in 1980 and tied the knot in 1982. Their only child, Nick, was born in 1984. Nick completed his education at Bishop Verot High School in 2003 and graduated from the University of South Florida in 2008.

In 2015, we changed our name to West Coast Electrical & Lighting Services to better align with our current operations. I have received training in specialized equipment to diagnose electrical problems and have over 25 years of experience in this area.
