The president and license holder, Jerry L Martin, is originally from Highland, Indiana. In 1970, following his father's retirement, the family moved to Lee County, Florida. Jerry completed his education at Ft Myers Middle School and graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1977. Jerry has dedicated time to supporting youth athletics in Lee County over the years. He has coached youth soccer with the Cape Coral Soccer Association and youth basketball through the Youth Basketball Association of Lee County (YBA). Moreover, he is a supporter of Bishop Verot High School and its athletic programs.

Debbie Martin, the secretary/treasurer, is originally from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Her family moved to Lee County, Florida in 1972 due to a job transfer. Debbie graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1979 and holds a BS degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.

Jerry and Debbie met in 1980 and tied the knot in 1982. They welcomed their only child, Nick, in 1984. In 2003, Nick graduated from Bishop Verot High School and went on to graduate from the University of South Florida in 2008.
