Jerry L Martin, the president and license holder, originally hails from Highland, Indiana. After his father retired in 1970, the family relocated to Lee County, Florida. Jerry attended Ft Myers Middle School and graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1977. Throughout the years, Jerry has been involved in supporting youth sports in Lee County. He has coached youth soccer for the Cape Coral Soccer Association and youth basketball with the Youth Basketball Association of Lee County (YBA). He also provides support to Bishop Verot High School and its athletic teams.

Debbie Martin, the secretary/treasurer, is originally from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Debbie's family moved to Lee County, Florida, in 1972 as a result of a job transfer. She graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1979 and earned a BS degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.

Jerry and Debbie crossed paths in 1980 and got married in 1982. In 1984, they had their only child, Nick. Nick completed his education at Bishop Verot High School in 2003 and graduated from the University of South Florida in 2008.
