Voltron Electric's mission traces back to my grandfather, Robert Tarr, a farmer from Paris, Kentucky, who believed in hard work and commitment to excellence. He believed in serving others above all; as long as he had a harvest, no family nearby would go hungry. He planted the idea that everyone deserves respect, dignity, and kindness simply for being human.

My grandfather's values were handed down to my father, Kenneth Tarr, who moved from the family farm in 1954, driven by dreams and determination. Though he had little, he upheld the family legacy of hard work and dedication. His dedication led him to master the electrical trade, which he then taught to me. At just eight years old, I began my journey in electrical work under his guidance. I was blessed with a son, giving me the chance to carry on our family tradition.
