Before I was born, my father launched his own electrical contracting business in the Covina region. When we were old enough to hold a hammer, he brought me, my older sister, and younger brother to the jobs he was working on. I cherish the memories of discovering bits of wiring and conduit and creating ""art"" with my siblings to entertain ourselves while our father was busy.
We were raised with him stepping away from family gatherings to handle urgent matters, endless phone calls and appointments, and many late nights at work. Even though he was always busy, he was heavily involved in our lives, coaching our sports teams, being there for every event and showing up when we needed him.
When I graduated high school, my father was serving residents and commercial locations throughout San Diego. I made my way to San Diego and started assisting my father. I would assemble ceiling fans, install outlets, connect recessed lighting, handle his scheduling and billing. Now, my siblings and I lead the company and we couldn't be more satisfied.
