Although we couldn't foresee it then, this shift in focus was timely as the construction sector faced significant downturns in the following years. It was a challenge to restart our business in a different area of California, but we are truly grateful to be here. After serving clients on the central coast for over 15 years and building a reputation for quality work, we look forward to many more successful years ahead. Being the son of Calvin, a mason, I remember working with him since I was a child. He later transitioned to a general contractor, building numerous homes. I assisted him by hauling bricks, blocks, and cement, helping with any task he had. When he built homes, I was there to lend a hand; I think I drilled my first electrical hole at age 7. To be honest, I grew to dislike construction as I got older and wanted to pursue other paths. During my college years, I took a temporary job with an electrical contractor that was meant to last just three days. I performed well and finished the job in just a day and a half. He mentioned that I could continue working if I kept myself busy. I discovered a passion for the work and a talent for electrical wiring. Since I wanted to marry soon, I left school and worked full-time as an electrician. More than 20 years later, I run my own business, have enjoyed 24 years of marriage, and have six children. I feel blessed.
