I entered the field in the 1990s, in the construction industry, while attending high school. After graduating in 2000, I continued my education at ITT, where I earned my degree in 2002 in computers. All the while, I worked in the family business (Flores Construction). As a child, I was immersed in a world of tools, and after high school, I took on more responsibilities. I moved up over the years to take on plumbing roles and then shift into the electrical field. I also learned various related trades. In 2005, I was promoted to foreman, and not long after, I began working independently, partnering with large firms, which allowed me to grow in the field and establish myself professionally and independently.
Life is rewarding, remaining engaged, with a focus on business, creating and building, with family values, and maintaining a positive outlook.
