In 1999, Jack Copello had goals of mastering the art of the power trade. His desire originated from an unending curiosity to understand how systems functioned. He originally gained experience to train as an electrical technician through other contractors before being enrolled into the State of California Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee.
While Jack navigated the challenges of the apprenticeship, he aggressively pursued to understand a more profound knowledge of the subjects he was studying. In addition to his normal practical work, he spent many time challenging himself, and pursuing extra tasks beyond his regular routine so he could grow to be skilled in multiple aspects of the trade.
Copello Electric Company was formed in June of 2007 and he started to concentrate on recruiting the best combination of talent to launch his business on the right track. The close relationships with his initial employees created a degree of faith and team spirit that he had yearned to experience while employed at previous companies.
