Back in 2005, we started to assist homeowners in the Santa Barbara area. As we worked on several different construction projects and were constantly running into problems in locating leaks. Other companies that performed leak detection faced significant delays and demanding high fees. To expedite our projects, we began locating leaks ourselves with just one service truck in order to speed up our own projects and are now running three serving the wider Santa Barbara area.

Gary, our founder is a third generation Santa Barbaran. He is a licensed general contractor, an electrician, and a plumber and is also a member of the California Bar. His expertise lies in leak detection service calls, while also being well-versed in nearly all aspects of the construction industry. Outside of work, he is an avid surfer and is passionate about boating and seeks every opportunity to be on the water.

Over the years, our offerings have encompassed a wide range of Residential services, various Commercial projects, Industrial work, and numerous Farms and Ranches. In 1990, I started a five-year apprenticeship with Local 11 in Los Angeles County, specializing in Commercial/Industrial Inside Wireman. I achieved Journeyman certification in 1995. I spent twelve years working on major projects such as Lockheed, Santa Clara County Hewlett-Packard, and underground high voltage installations for universities and hospitals. My experience includes work on the Universal Studios ET ride, remodels at the Beverly Hills Hotel, oil refineries, Vons supermarkets, and Glendale Memorial Hospital, to name a few.

In 2003, I established my own business and obtained my California C-10 Electrical Contractor license. By 2005, I was constructing cutting-edge car washes in Southern California. My proudest achievement is the California Speed Wash in Simi Valley. I have completed wiring for countless homes, barns, retail stores, offices, restaurants, and cement plants. I have accumulated 30 years of experience, completing hundreds of jobs in both residential and commercial sectors. Throughout my career, I have always upheld a positive standing with the Contractors Board. I have maintained relationships with clients for more than 15 years.

I was born in Simi Valley, CA, in the hot August of 1965. Raised in Moorpark, I am a fifth-generation resident of Ventura County. After high school, I joined the Army and worked as a Helicopter Mechanic for three years at the age of 17. I went to Moorpark College at the age of 20.

Before turning 24, I held various jobs, including Grocery Clerk, Auto Detailer, Autobody Technician, and Construction Laborer. I enjoy reading, participating in sports, and tackling home projects involving wood. I enjoy a variety of shows, such as American Pickers, Gas Monkey Garage, Swamp People, DIY shows, and the Food Network. I value my family and friends deeply. I live life one day at a time.
