We relocated to Burbank, California, where I completed an apprenticeship, passed the California Electrical Contractor Test, and obtained my license. In 1984, I established Modern Electric to cater to local customers. From replacing a light switch for an elderly customer to installing an electrical panel for a celebrity or assisting a property management firm, Modern Electric represents quality, licensed work with a friendly approach.

We chose to elope and relocated to Burbank, California, where I started an apprenticeship with a licensed electrical contractor and took a job as a plant electrician for Pacific Aero.

Although I enjoyed my time at Pacific Aero, I sought a more direct connection with the community, leading me to establish Modern Electric in 1984.
