I am Eduardo Gomes, the proud owner of EV Charging Solutions. My experience spans a wide range of electrical and handyman tasks. I’ve been lucky to engage in many projects across commercial and residential domains for several years.

A significant portion of my skills comes from my dad, a highly successful handyman and contractor with 18 years of experience. Besides learning from him, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many accomplished electricians who have shared their expertise with me.

I am meticulous in my work and focus on ensuring customer satisfaction. My primary goal is to make sure every customer is completely satisfied with my work.

In 2004, we began our journey installing QuietCool fans while working for the manufacturer (QuietCool) and Stevenson Electric. Rapidly, we gained the knowledge and experience to rise through the ranks. I realized these whole house fans were outstanding and sought after by many. After the company transitioned to a manufacturing-only approach (QuietCool Manufacturing Inc.), I was certain we needed to continue installing these units. Not long after I earned my CA Electrician License, we launched The QuietCool Guys, a division of Advanced Home Energy Concepts, Inc. I come from a background in mechanical design and fabrication. I discovered early that I am happiest when working with items that are essentially functional art.

I have always enjoyed working on motorcycles, boats, cars, and our family RV with my dad. I enjoy the challenge of repairing anything that captures my curiosity. In my youth, I was constantly building and creating. In my early parenting days, I modified my son's electric car to utilize my DeWalt cordless drill battery, which offered more power, torque, and quicker charging, allowing me and my adult friends to race around the backyard.
