In 2015, I purchased a dilapidated apartment, completely renovated it, and upgraded everything—plumbing, wiring, floors, ceilings, walls, bathrooms, and furnishings. I later sold it for a profit, and it continues to serve its new owner well.
In 2017, I managed the building of a brick house for my family. I did the wiring, plumbing, heating, flooring, tiling, and interior work to keep expenses down. I even designed and constructed a classic wooden fence.
