As a young man, he served in the U.S. Army, obtaining a Top Secret Clearance and spending time abroad and at U.S. bases. He has two engineering degrees and received his Executive MBA from Pepperdine in 2011. In 2018, Johnny took a leap of faith to pursue his dream of owning and building a business, aiming to create a great company with a positive culture that values employees and customers. Johnny joined forces with the founder to purchase ASL in late 2018. ASL is now a thriving, successful company serving Orange County and nearby areas, employing over 15 people. Johnny serves on the board of directors for Mercy House, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness. He takes pleasure in helping people, enjoying family time, coaching youth sports, gardening, and traveling.

I dedicated 19 years to the Department of Parks and Recreation as a field electrician, where I advanced to electrical supervisor from early 2010 through March 2013. My experience with Local 11 IBEW further broadened my skills, where I was involved in numerous electrical projects, equipping me with the skills to manage all types of residential and commercial electrical work.

I bring more than 35 years of experience and am fully licensed and bonded. My services include breaker panel upgrades, house rewiring, recessed lighting, Malibu lighting, troubleshooting wiring issues, and adding outlets and dedicated circuits.
