In 2007, my wife and I chose to move to the central coast to be closer to our family in the Bay Area. At the same time, I was developing a new business model to shift my company from construction to a service and repair focus. While we were unaware of it back then, this transition proved to be fortuitous as the construction industry faced considerable challenges in the years ahead. It was a challenge to restart our business in a different area of California, but we are truly grateful to be here. Having served the central coast for more than 15 years and established a reputation for excellence, we eagerly anticipate many more fruitful years. We have made this region our home, and we love serving our neighbors!
Being the son of Calvin, a mason, I remember working with him since I was a child. Later, he shifted to general contracting, where he built a variety of homes. I helped him by carrying bricks, blocks, and cement, doing whatever tasks he required. When he built homes, I was there to lend a hand; I think I drilled my first electrical hole at age 7. Truthfully, I came to dislike construction as I aged and wanted to explore different avenues. While attending college, I took a job with an electrical contractor that was supposed to last only three days. I performed well and finished the job in just a day and a half. He mentioned that I could continue working if I kept myself busy. I found that I truly enjoyed the work and had a knack for electrical wiring. Wanting to get married quickly, I dropped out of school and worked full-time as an electrician. Now, over 20 years later, I own my own business, have been happily married for 24 years, and have six children. I feel blessed.
