I started my construction career in high school, helping our elderly neighbors construct a home from an empty lot. Before joining the Navy in '93, I worked in Maintenance for the US Forest Service, where I gained valuable experience. I completed two years of training, becoming a Nuclear Reactor Operator and an Electronics Technician. After serving honorably, I transitioned to Kodak, where I began as an Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technician and progressed to Trainer and Supervisor.
In '03, I made the move to Mammoth and started working in MMSA's Lift Maintenance Department. In '08, I received my C-10 Electrical license and launched B.I.G.. I went full-time with B.I.G. in 2010. I was elected President of the Mammoth Lakes Contractors Association in 2012 and appointed as Commissioner of the Town's Building Advisory Committee and Construction Board of Appeals. I earned my General Contracting license in 2017, and I remain focused on my original vision for B.I.G..
