Brian Corcoran, the owner has worked in all facets of construction from 1995 to 2012. Throughout these years, he gained diverse experience as a lead carpenter, commercial kitchen project manager, and superintendent for a kitchen and bath remodeling firm.

I first entered the workforce as a landscape worker at the Del Mar Fairgrounds right after graduating high school in the year 1993. Once that season ended at the fairgrounds, I began my path in construction working for a finish carpenter for several years. Following an injury, I decided that management was my path and enrolled in college full-time to study construction management. Some time later, it was time to get back to hands-on work and reignite my love for construction. Fast forward to now, I have held various roles in all types of construction, from project management in commercial kitchens to facilities management for improvements in medical facilities. Currently, I concentrate on residential construction, from new builds or renovations to handyman services. If you can envision it, I can build it!
