Johnny is a devoted husband, father, follower of Christ, and business owner. Johnny previously worked as a turnaround executive and relocated to California from Georgia in 2002 for a Fortune 500 firm. In his youth, he served in the U.S. Army, where he held a Top Secret Clearance and spent time both overseas and at domestic bases. Johnny holds two engineering degrees and earned his Executive MBA from Pepperdine in 2011. In 2018, he decided to take a leap of faith and fulfill his dream of starting and growing his own business, with the goal of fostering a great culture that cares for both employees and customers. Johnny joined forces with the founder to purchase ASL in late 2018. ASL has grown into a successful company that serves Orange County and its neighboring areas, employing more than 15 individuals. He is also a board member of Mercy House, a nonprofit focused on combating homelessness. He enjoys helping others, spending time with family, coaching youth sports, gardening, and traveling.

I dedicated 19 years to the Department of Parks and Recreation as a field electrician, where I advanced to electrical supervisor from early 2010 through March 2013. I also gained valuable experience with Local 11 IBEW, where I handled various electrical installations, equipping me with the skills to manage all types of residential and commercial electrical work.

Having worked for over 35 years, I hold the necessary licenses and bonding. My services include breaker panel upgrades, house rewiring, recessed lighting, Malibu lighting, troubleshooting wiring issues, and adding outlets and dedicated circuits.
