I started late because I began investing in real estate at 19. My first property was a triplex in Long Beach. When I was 27, I purchased my home in Belmont Shore. It was an exhilarating experience. Unfortunately, the market declined, and I sold all my rentals and my home. That was a humbling lesson. I promptly joined the Electrician Program at LA Trade Tech, completed four years, and earned my C10 & B licenses to bid on Public Works projects ranging from $100,000 to $500,000 (schools). I constructed cell sites for Nextel, Sprint, and T-Mobile throughout Southern California. I also performed modifications. Additionally, I worked with insurance companies (State Farm and Liberty Mutual) and restoration firms to rebuild burned or flooded properties.
