I have been involved in construction since I was 13, growing up in the Sierra Nevada mountains. I contributed to building a national construction firm (REC Solar) for 17 years, where the residential division evolved into SunRun and the commercial sector was acquired by the largest utility company in the U.S. (Duke Energy). In December 2020, I left to start my own company in 2021, but I have been a licensed contractor since 2008, having been the license holder for my former employer.

Before I founded my own company in 2020, I was part of a thriving national construction business that generated over $250MM in revenue, managed 250 field construction workers, and held licenses as a general engineering, building, electrical, and solar contractor in 10 states. I ran our safety, quality, commissioning, construction, and service/maintenance departments and provided support to our Engineering department. I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
