I bought a rundown apartment in 2015, stripped it down, and revamped everything—plumbing, wiring, floors, ceilings, walls, bathrooms, and decor. I later sold it for a profit, and it continues to serve its new owner well.
I directed the construction of a brick residence for my family in 2017. To save money, I took on the wiring, plumbing, heating, flooring, tiling, and interior tasks myself. I crafted a classic wooden fence as well.
