I bought a rundown apartment in 2015, stripped it down, and revamped everything—plumbing, wiring, floors, ceilings, walls, bathrooms, and decor. I successfully sold it, and it still benefits its current owner.
In 2017, I managed the building of a brick house for my family. To cut costs, I personally handled the wiring, plumbing, heating, flooring, tiling, and interior work. I also designed and built a traditional wooden fence.
