My journey started in 1991 when I was 15 and assisted my father in building our family home. I was involved in framing, wall and floor installation, and we built the entire house—from the base to the rooftop.
In 2015, I purchased a dilapidated apartment, completely renovated it, and upgraded everything—plumbing, wiring, floors, ceilings, walls, bathrooms, and furnishings. I later sold it for a profit, and it continues to serve its new owner well.
I directed the construction of a brick residence for my family in 2017. To save money, I took on the wiring, plumbing, heating, flooring, tiling, and interior tasks myself. I even designed and constructed a classic wooden fence.
I am committed to quality craftsmanship and make sure every project is executed to the utmost standard. I emphasize modern, eco-friendly, and energy-efficient solutions in all my work. During the last two years, as I prepared for my California electrical contractor license, I enhanced my knowledge of new technologies and established solid relationships in Southern California.
