In 2015, I acquired an old apartment in poor condition, gutted it entirely, and renovated all aspects—plumbing, electrical, flooring, ceilings, walls, bathrooms, and furniture. I successfully sold it, and it still benefits its current owner.
In 2017, I managed the building of a brick house for my family. To save money, I took on the wiring, plumbing, heating, flooring, tiling, and interior tasks myself. I also designed and built a traditional wooden fence.
