My journey in construction began in high school when I assisted our retired neighbors in building a house from scratch. Before joining the Navy in '93, I worked in Maintenance for the US Forest Service, where I gained valuable experience. During my two years of training, I became a Nuclear Reactor Operator and Electronics Technician. Following my honorable discharge, I began my career at Kodak as an Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technician, later becoming a Trainer and then a Supervisor.

In '03, I relocated to Mammoth and became part of MMSA's Lift Maintenance Department. I earned my C-10 Electrical license in '08 and founded B.I.G.. In 2010, I dedicated myself to B.I.G. on a full-time basis. I was elected President of the Mammoth Lakes Contractors Association in 2012 and appointed as Commissioner of the Town's Building Advisory Committee and Construction Board of Appeals. In 2017, I obtained my General Contracting license, and I continue to keep my founding vision for B.I.G. at the forefront of my mind.
