Since 1998, I have worked alongside a small family-owned shop for two years, specializing in custom homes and tenant improvements near the Miramar pyramid. I worked on multiple parking structures downtown, gas stations, and a variety of other projects. I spent the next three years with a larger company. I handled much of the electrical work at Viejas Casino, Barona Casino, and the hotel at Pala Casino. I also worked on numerous schools in La Mesa, the SDSU science building, Oceanside High School, Murrieta, and Del Mar. I founded Carreno Electric and ran it for two years. I later partnered with another small electrical company that focused on fire restorations. We often performed complete rewiring, industrial work, and service upgrades during that time. I spent another two years with a small company, focusing on custom homes in Crest, Harbison Canyon, and Alpine. These projects were in areas impacted by the October 2003 fires, and I also worked on custom homes in Borrego Desert. This journey has brought me to my current position!

Since 1998, I have been in the electrical field, learning from industry leaders. I attended a ROP class during high school for a year, followed by an apprenticeship program, graduating in 2005. Shortly after, I obtained my state certification as a general electrician and my contractor's license. With a strong desire to work for myself, I aimed to establish myself as one of the top electricians in San Diego. I received my electrical training in Northern CA for five years before moving to Cardiff by the Sea, CA, where I was employed with another family-owned business called Fredrick's Electric before launching my own firm.
