The owner of Electrical Maintenance Professionals, Terrence Flatau, established the company in 2006. With 27 years of electrical experience, I completed a six-year apprenticeship with a multinational corporation. My training took place in a maintenance shop within a large factory. The focus of my training was primarily on troubleshooting in industrial and commercial environments, along with regular office and production department remodels. Over the past fifteen years, I have concentrated on service calls in residential and commercial areas. On a personal note, I have been happily married for 21 years, have two wonderful daughters, and a loyal basset hound.
