Bill moved to Napa Valley in 1986 and took on contracting work at a race track for a period of seven years called Sears Point, now referred to as Infineon. As the wine industry in Napa Valley expanded, McNamara Electric expanded. More and more people needed electricians as new wineries emerged. For a decade and a half, Bill subcontracted a reputable electrical company when required. Today, he focuses on emergency calls and minor projects.
He now lives on a ranch in Angwin, CA. He backs a local Sprint car racer, Britton Bock, a talented driver. Bill approaches his tasks—whether on the job or in his leisure time—with dedication and invests his passion into it.
