George Premo entered the electrical field in San Diego when he was just 17. He completed a four-year college apprenticeship, graduating in electrical theory from the prestigious SDCC electrician trade school.

At 22, George successfully passed the state exam to receive his Certified General Electrician License and soon after acquired his C-10 electrical license. For the next six years, he worked with San Diego homeowners and local small businesses, a practice he continues today.

George experienced the effects of the economic downturn in 2010. During this time, he adapted Premo Electric to serve the military community in San Diego. George served as an electrical inspector for military facilities until the economy rebounded.
