Helder earned his Bachelor of Industrial Technology from Fresno State University in 1980 and has participated in some of the largest commercial projects on the west coast. In 1997, he left his 15-year tenure to co-found Westech Systems, Inc. with his colleague, Larry Troglin. Helder manages all facets of marketing, engineering, estimating, and project management. He is a hands-on owner who prioritizes personal accessibility for everyone involved in each project, from start to finish.
