Johnny is a husband, father, follower of Jesus, and entrepreneur. Johnny previously worked as a turnaround executive and relocated to California from Georgia in 2002 for a Fortune 500 firm. In his youth, he served in the U.S. Army, where he held a Top Secret Clearance and spent time both overseas and at domestic bases. Johnny earned two engineering degrees and completed his Executive MBA at Pepperdine in 2011. In 2018, Johnny made a bold decision to realize his dream of establishing and developing his own business, focused on creating a positive culture that prioritizes employees and customers. Johnny joined forces with the founder to purchase ASL in late 2018. Today, ASL is a healthy, flourishing business serving Orange County and surrounding regions, with a team of over 15 employees.
