In 1997, he left his 15-year tenure to co-found Westech Systems, Inc. with his colleague, Larry Troglin. Helder manages all facets of marketing, engineering, estimating, and project management. He is a hands-on owner who prioritizes personal accessibility for everyone involved in each project, from beginning to end.
