Johnny served in the U.S. Army during his youth, where he had a Top Secret Clearance and was stationed both overseas and in the U.S. Johnny holds two engineering degrees and earned his Executive MBA from Pepperdine in 2011. In 2018, he decided to take a leap of faith and fulfill his dream of starting and growing his own business, with the goal of fostering a great culture that cares for both employees and customers. In late 2018, he collaborated with the founder to acquire ASL. Today, ASL is a healthy, flourishing business serving Orange County and surrounding regions, with a team of over 15 employees. Johnny is on the board of directors for Mercy House, a nonprofit that aims to eradicate homelessness. He enjoys helping others, spending time with family, coaching youth sports, gardening, and traveling.
