He is very dedicated to energy conservation for both the firm (qualifying Thern as a Green Business in the year 2009) and Thern's customers by supervising the installation of energy-efficient lighting and energy conservation devices to achieve notable reductions in energy consumption. He executes energy evaluations and produces in-depth reports on usage. He has installed many types of lighting control systems (LiteTouch systems, Vantage systems, Homeworks, Wattstopper systems, Lutron Radio RA technology, Radio RA2 systems, Grafik Eye systems, and additional systems). He was brought up in San Francisco, shifting to Napa as a youth. Dave is a devoted husband and father of two children. Moreover, he is a coach for his kid's baseball team.
