In 1985, I started my career in the electrical sector by studying at Los Angeles Trade and Technical College. I worked as an apprentice in the afternoons while completing a two-year program in Electrical Construction and Maintenance. In 1988, I relocated to Mammoth Lakes and began my role as a ski lift electrician at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. My duties included constructing and maintaining ski lifts, managing water systems, and overseeing the building of the snowmaking compressor facility and pump stations. Additionally, I designed and installed new control systems for various existing ski lifts. In 1999, I made the decision to shift my focus to my contracting business, leaving the ski area, and I have proudly served the Eastern Sierra since then.
