In 2015, I acquired an old apartment in poor condition, gutted it entirely, and renovated all aspects—plumbing, electrical, flooring, ceilings, walls, bathrooms, and furniture. I sold it profitably, and it remains a great asset for its new owner.
I directed the construction of a brick residence for my family in 2017. To cut costs, I personally handled the wiring, plumbing, heating, flooring, tiling, and interior work. I crafted a classic wooden fence as well.
