He received his Master Electricians Certificate in 1977 and worked for over two decades designing and managing the installation of electrical systems rated for up to 15KV. Joe was among the first to introduce energy-efficient lighting solutions and network installations using copper and fiber in the River Region as early as the 1970s and 1980s.
