Taylor's journey in the electrical sector began when he was just a child. He initially worked in sales at his father's business, focusing on electrical supplies. As he moved into fieldwork, his knowledge of the products he sold helped him become a better electrician.

Taylor holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and possesses a Master’s License. He values his faith and family, treating his employees as part of his extended family. Embracing challenges, he takes the time to teach his staff about the latest products and methods.

Greg is a Morgan County native and the youngest son of David and Wonda Dobbs. Greg grew up in a construction-focused family, as his father served the building industry in North Alabama for over four decades. Before purchasing Ronald Terry Electric, Greg was employed one of the top industrial electrical contractors in the area. His experience included positions such as an industrial electrician in high voltage, PLC programming, and systems design. As he concluded his time with the company, he served as senior electrical estimator. His background includes work in the steel industry, the automotive industry, aircraft manufacturing, copper production, home appliance manufacturing, food and grain processing, the chemical and film industry, cryogenic technology, and the tech industry. With such a diverse experience from fieldwork to supervisory roles, it was a clear path for him to start his own business.
