He grew up in a construction-oriented family, as his father worked in the trade industry in North Alabama for over four decades. Before purchasing Ronald Terry Electric, he was part of one of the biggest industrial electrical contractors in the area. His experience included positions such as an industrial electrician in high voltage, PLC programming, and systems design. As he concluded his time with the company, he served as the chief estimator for electrical projects. His background includes work in steel mills, the car manufacturing industry, aerospace, copper production, home appliance manufacturing, food production, the chemicals and film industry, cryogenics, and the electronics industry. Given his diverse experience from practical experience to management, it was a natural progression for him to launch his own business.
