Our owner, Greg is a proud resident of Morgan County and the youngest son of David and Wonda Dobbs. Having grown up in a construction-oriented family, as his father worked in the building industry in North Alabama for over four decades. In the time leading up to purchasing Ronald Terry Electric, Greg was employed one of the biggest industrial electrical contractors in the area. His work history included roles as an industrial electrician in high-voltage environments, PLC programming, and systems design. In his final years with the company, he served as the lead electrical estimator. He has experience in steel mills, the automotive industry, aircraft manufacturing, copper fabrication, home appliance manufacturing, grain processing, the chemicals and film industry, cryogenic technology, and the electronics industry. With this wide-ranging experience from hands-on work to supervisory roles, it was a natural progression for him to establish his own business.
