He grew up in a building family, as his father worked in the trade industry in North Alabama for over four decades. Before purchasing Ronald Terry Electric, Greg was employed one of the largest industrial electrical contractors in the area. His experience included positions such as an industrial electrician in high-voltage systems, PLC programming, and systems design. As he concluded his time with the company, he served as senior electrical estimator. He has experience in steel mills, the automotive industry, aviation, copper production, consumer goods manufacturing, food and grain processing, the chemicals and film industry, cryogenic technology, and the electronic industry. With such a diverse experience from fieldwork to leadership, it was a clear path for him to start his own business.
