My background spans more than 40 years in residential construction, electrical services, and plumbing. In high school, I gained hands-on experience in shop class, where we built houses that were later sold by the school. I then joined my uncle in renovating homes, where we gutted and remodeled entire properties. During my time as a firefighter, I kept working on various carpentry, plumbing, and electrical projects.
