Gary Craft started his career in the HVAC and electrical fields during the mid-1980s. He briefly shifted to industrial maintenance in the early 1990s. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1995 with Filters Unlimited, a modest office maintenance and filter changing service. In 1997, he fully committed to self-employment, transforming his part-time filter service into a full-fledged heating, air conditioning, and electrical business. He formed Craft Companies LLC in 2014 with his wife, Sharon. In 2018, Gary, Sharon, and their two sons opted to rename the company from Gary Craft Heating and Air to Climate Crafters.
