Taylor has been immersed in the electrical industry since childhood. He initially worked in sales at his father's business, focusing on electrical supplies. As he moved into fieldwork, his knowledge of the products he sold helped him become a better electrician.

He earned his degree in Electrical Engineering and has obtained his Master’s License. Taylor cherishes his faith and family, fostering a familial atmosphere among his employees. He enjoys tackling challenges and ensures his team is informed about new products and techniques.

The company was taken over in October 1999 from Ronald Terry Electric, Inc. The name was changed in January 2012 to our current name. Our services cover domestic, business, and manufacturing work.

Our owner, Greg is a local of Morgan County and the youngest child of David and Wonda Dobbs. Having grown up in a construction-focused family, as his father worked in the trade industry in North Alabama for over 40 years. Before purchasing Ronald Terry Electric, Greg worked one of the biggest industrial electrical contractors in the area. His work history included roles as an industrial electrician in high-voltage systems, PLC programming, and systems design. As he concluded his time with the company, he served as the chief estimator for electrical projects. His background includes work in steel mills, the automotive industry, aerospace, copper production, appliance manufacturing, grain processing, the chemical processing and film industry, cryogenics, and the electronic industry. With such a diverse experience from practical experience to supervisory roles, it was a natural progression for him to launch his own business.
