I used Zoom Electricians in Torrance and would never use them again. They charged 99.00 for a membership service charge just for technician to show up. They charged $380.00 to put in a 40 amp circuit and $180.00 to mount a light fixture. The total charge was 659.00 and the technician was done in 1 hour and 10 minutes. I purchased the circuit breaker from Lowes for 17.00. I told them they overcharged me as a senior and kept calling them asking for adjustment. They gave me the runaround and kept saying they would call back and never did. Seniors beware, companies like this are taking advantage of us.

Zoom Electricians was especially amazing to me because they were able to take the job within 24 hours of me calling them for their services which is always a good sign right off the bat of any service company because they showed me that they are willing to treat my situation with urgency and that they really care about their profession and as a result they always do an amazing job so they are now my default electrician company and I recommend you make them yours as well!

Every single time I call them for a job they are able to take the job that same day or within a few days. They always arrive on time, if not they arrive a little bit early. They are very conscious to not touch things that they do not have to because we are in a pandemic and all that which i really appreciate. Keep up the good work guys!

I genuinely have nothing but good things to say about zoom Electricians. Garrett, the young man that they sent over to help us, was amazing. Seriously this man deserves a raise. Rather than treating it like a job, he seemed excited to get to work and was so happy it made me happy to see. Not only because he uplifted my mood, but because he seemed to enjoy his job so much, i know that he got the job done right and cared about what he was doing, which benefits me. Amazing customer service from start to finish of every job that they have ever done for me! Im am so thoroughly impressed with how they carry themselves as professionals and are very honest with me as far as what they can and can't do and how long certain jobs are going to take them, as opposed to other businesses making it seem like they can get a job done in a certain time frame and im stuck with a half done job because they were dishonest with me.
