I highly suggest to anybody who may come across this review to choose zoom Electricians if your current residence is in the anaheim area. Since i have started using their electrical services i have remained loyal and i see no reason to ever use anybody else's electrical services. I could go on forever about how impressive this business is all around but just know they really know their stuff AND really care about their customers!

I called rather late on a Thursday evening and spoke to the lovely rep who was very kind professional and willing to help. The electrician came first thing in the morning. He was very professional and explained everything in detail and gave great service! He got us up and running right away. Absolutely exemplary service by the boys over at zoom electricians in aneheim! I believe i had a blown circuit somewhere in my kitchen and it caused my refrigerator to not work and i had just went shopping for groceries. I didn't want them to go bad so i called zoom Electricians, to whom I was referred to by a good friend of mine. They ZOOMED over to my home to fix that blown circuit and they got my refrigerator up and running like new that same day. Saved me a lot of money and a lot of stress!

Our fridge kept tripping the breaker.  I emailed them to check and see if it was a plug or breaker issue. The electrician was able to come out the same day! They were so kind and explained what they were checking and why. Not only did they check the plug and breaker (turns out it was the breaker) the guys even made sure the wiring in the back of the fridge wasn't overheating.  I truly appreciate anyone that goes the extra mile to make sure that I understand what caused the issue and that I feel safe in my own home!  Thank you!!

Moses did an outstanding job. He really works with you on your project. I gave him an idea on how I wanted my lights in the kitchen set up and he gave me better suggestions that actually brought the cost down. He does the install as if it originally came with the house. I have had an overall positive experience with Zoom Electricians. There was a time when they were taking a while to get back to me or non-responsive and after being frustrated by it I called the office to get through to them. That was the better move. I do my best not to call the techs themselves when possible about scheduling appointments now. When they come by they always make it up to me by giving me a great price and/or doing the work extra speedy for me. Thank you again.
