Let there be light!

We were in the middle of dinner when the lights went dark. Jesse came out and fixed our problem before bedtime. Thats what I call quick, excellent service. Jesse took time to explain the problem in simple terms and thats really appreciated. We will definetly call again if we ever need an electrician.

I had a breaker that was always tripping and I looked inside the box the wire was burnt. I replied to Jesse at Zoetic Electric and explained needed to be replaced and why. Jesse said he could come out and take care of the issue the same day. Jesse was prompt and did the job in under an hour. AOE is the one you call when you have electric problem. In fact, their service is fast, friendly and efficient. They're very communicative through text messages and emails as well. I left them a message on 8/29/23 afternoon. 10 minutes later, Duncan from AOE already texted me to learn more about how he could help me. Then he promptly scheduled the service for the next day 8/30/23 at 8am. Their electrician Paz showed up on time regardless of him coming all the way from Santa Cruz and morning rush traffic. Paz kindly explained what he would do and he cared about which repair option would benefit my company the best. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service and AOE seems to earn themselves another long term customer as I know whom to call now when I have electric problem in the future.

Wow, what a great and responsive team. I called Alpha Omega with some help and troubleshooting needed with various outlets in the home that stopped working.

With most electricians, they were booked out for a few days however, Jesse was able to have one of his technicians come out in between jobs. Taylor and Albert arrived on time and were able to troubleshoot in about an hour, and we're now back up and running. They were all super nice, responsive, and really easy to work with.

I'm really glad I ended up calling Alpha Omega and would definitely call them again in the future with any electrical help as they were really easy to work with.
