We have used Chris Zobel a few times now for various electrical jobs around our home (installing recessed lights, bathroom fans, trouble shooting bad circuit) Today was the first time we had a technician other than Chris service our home. Justin showed up on time, was super knowledgeable and professional. I felt like we got the same great quality service with Justin that we would have gotten with Chris. They came out next day to help with an urgent issue with one of the main circuits in our new home. I will again highly recommend Zobel Electric and will not be using anyone else for our electrical needs.

Chris Zobel and his employee, Justin, did an AMAZING job on our house electrical. We hired them to do remove the old knob and tube wiring and to do a full house rewire + sub-panel in the garage. I was very worried about damage to the lathe and plaster since every other company said huge chunks of plaster would have to be torn out and replaced. But Chris and Justin only made one SMALL incision (roughly 2""x6"") that I was able to patch easily. Every other spot was either from the crawlspace or attic. Zobel Electric also gave me the best price by far (literally half the price other big company electricians quoted!!!) I would 100% hire Chris and his team again, and I doubt I will every use any other electrician.

Best way to reach Chris is via text. He usually responds to all his messages in the morning as he is working at job sites all afternoon.

I needed an electrician to upgrade 3 kitchen outlets, install 4 new outlets and troubleshoot a light fixture that was acting weird. I asked several friends if they knew of an electrician they could recommend but they all came up empty so I started my own search. I read a bunch of reviews on Yelp, Google and NextDoor. The reviews for Zobel Electric were so good, I thought they must be hyperbole but they're all true. Chris Zobel really is that reliable, competent, fair and honest and so are his employees.

I'm old and cranky and I don't like having work done in my home but 2 electricians were in my home for 2 full days and they never got in my way or on my nerves. They were polite, considerate, quiet and skilled.

Chris gave me a very fair price. The work was done competently and efficiently. Chris went over every detail to make sure the work was done to my specifications and he kept me informed of every aspect of the job while the work was being done. My home was left clean and the drywall damage was surprisingly minimal. I'm very happy with the whole experience and I will hire Chris again without hesitation.

Can't say enough great things about Chris and his team! Professional, respectful, timely, responsive, very detailed; all the things you'd expect with a contractor but don't often find. Zobel is the 3rd electrician I've used and by far the best! Had 2 new quads put in my office and a new chandelier install in the living room. Chris was able to do both without digging into the original plaster walls. He was also able to use the existing j-box for the chandelier. I'll be using Zobel on multiple projects! I'd give more stars if I could!

I cannot recommend Chris Zorbel enough! He is very prompt and professional from the initial text estimates, to job arrival and final job completion!

Chris and his assistant Gabriel were careful to use plastic covering to protect the beds from drywall plaster. They installed 3 ceiling fan electrical base units in three separates rooms in approximately 3 hours and 1/3 the price from another electrical company estimate! We have found our new reliable and professional electrician in the Orangecrest Neighborhood... Zorbel Electric!

I have finally found an electrician that checks all of the boxes!! Not only does Chris perform superior work, he and his crew deliver exceptional customer service! In April, 2021, Chris installed hardwired security cameras on the exterior walls of my house; replaced recessed lights with retrofit led trim units in my kitchen; and replaced a broken outlet. He would have installed a new chandelier in my foyer, but I just haven't found the right one yet! He is professional, kind, leaves the place cleaner than when he came, and his rates are very affordable. Chris is my electrician for life!
