I worked with Dario and his crew to get power to my garden shed. Dario is a very soft-spoken, straightforward guy. He came out and gave an estimate with 20 minutes. His rate was terrific. Once I hired him, he and 2 other men came out and got straight to work the next day. I'm seeing a few negative reviews that these guys are rude, but I actually didn't interpret it that way. They are fast, efficient and don't do a lot of small talk. More time to work, get the job done and go to the next job. Their workmanship was incredible and they completed the job exactly as I asked. Highly recommended, just set your expectations regarding communication style. Know your project scope and what you want before hand, otherwise there could be room for misinterpretation.

I wish I could give negative stars for these craptastic electricians. Zoran himself was rude and condescending to both me and my roommate. Then, his crew left literal trash all over our house after finishing for the day (including peeing all over our toilet/floor) plus they knocked personal belongings on the floor and didn't pick them up. We found chunks of plaster, and wires in our kitchen and bathroom sinks.

Then, they had to come back because (surprise!) they didn't tell my landlord what the hell they did, and when they came back they once again left trash all over our apartment and peed all over the toilet and floor. HIRE THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

Zoran and his team are brilliant and extremely thoughtful. We had to rewire our home's entire electrical system, and Zoran came up with the most strategic plan to tackle it. Not only that, but as he carefully looked around, he came up with some other touches he could do as they went along, such as adding far better lighting to both our kitchen and living room, and rewiring the former atrocity that powered our garage door. Our house is now so much safer and convenient, and for a very fair price. I don't think you can do better than this team's hard, excellent work, and the remarkable integrity they bring. I will only recommend this team from here on out for anything electrical-related in the Bay Area.

one of the most unprofessional electricians I have ever worked with. He was extremely difficult to work with. He never returned messages, showed up at my worksite at the wrong times. Failed to provide a substantive quote and even hung up in my face. I would not recommend him to anyone looking to update their service. After postponing the project for weeks, having to re-schedule inspections and tenant access the project had to be canceled due to Zoran's failure to be responsive And unprofesionalism.

I've used ZM Electric twice now and both occasions were positive. My washing machine and dryer stopped working and Zoran troubleshoot the problem. He is knowledgeable and I highly recommend him and his team. He was available on short notice as well, which was a plus!

Zoran started out very pleasant when he came to survey the job. The job included 3 light switches to be worked on . These light switches were originally set up to work for the outlets. During the survey Zoran stated he would need a second person to troubleshoot the wiring. I thought perfect. He is knowledgeable, prepared and ready for work. Zoran then walked through my house and told me what lighting he thought was ""ugly and outdated . He could recommend upgrades that would be more pleasant.Lol . I did find it odd he was ""insulting"" but yet"" insightful"" at the same time? I suppose I appreciated his direct honesty . Zoran stated it would be roughly 2 1/2 hours 2 people for $250. This saying is true .You get what you pay for. My appointment was today at 9 a.m. After a ""no-show"". I called him at 9:45. I asked about our scheduled appointment. He stated he ""simply forgot"". However he could come by my house at 2 pm now. 1 p.m. I get a call from Zoran while I'm out doing errands. He stated he was at my house. I explained to him you are an hour early? I am out at the bank. Zoran then stated unprofessionally ""well I'm early now"". Being that I needed this work done now, I dropped what I was doing and rushed home . I found Zoran sitting in his vehicle and noticed he did not have a second person.When I questioned Zoran if another person was on there way.? He mumbled under his breath ""don't worry about it "". He then walked into my house to a ceiling fan that was already working and stated ""is this what I'm working on""? I stated no you were to work on three other rooms to make the light switches work . Reminding him that he stated he would need a second person to help troubleshoot. He then mumbled something under his breath yet again. He ran to his vehicle retrieved a ladder and entered my house. In his flustered state Zoran again mumbled under his breath some kind of derogatory statement. I questioned him on what he had just said. before allowing him to comment back. I told him we are done here .Grab your stuff and get out of my house immediately. I would definitely NOT recommend this electrician. He cannot remember scheduled appointments, scope of work and cannot maintain a professional attitude . As a contractor myself. I find him to be a disgrace to all the professional contractors . In this day and age of social media. I understand the need to be on time, respectful and courteous. And yes at times apologetic . Especially if the error falls on your behalf . As this is your business card for future clients. With his profound attitude problem. I find it shocking that he is still in business. I would like to say I am an ""unsatisfied customer"". But clearly I was no customer at all. He didn't do any work . I would have given him a ""zero"" star rating. However that is not an option on Yelp.
