Unbelievably horrible service. Was assigned this contractor through our home warranty for a malfunctioning oven. Was not contacted in a timely manner, received a text message from the electrician at 9:30pm saying he could come out the next day. Got here, spent 5 minutes looking at our oven and stated he could not test the power because he ""didn't have the tools."" Stated he would have to get with his boss and come back out. First of all, how does an electrician not have the tools to test power to an electrical appliance? Well, after not hearing from them for a week and multiple calls to our home warranty company, turns out the electrician, Dusty, had submitted a report stating there was nothing wrong with our power and they should send the appliance company back out (who had already been out and stated the oven was fine, that it was an electrical issue). I called him personally to question this, as I knew he had tested absolutely nothing during his visit, and he stated that the reason he said that was because the appliance company needed to come back out and REMOVE THE OVEN FROM THE CABINET for him so that he could test the power. He clarified to me that he could not check anything because he had nothing to prop the oven on, as its above ground level and built into a cabinet. To be very clear, he did not state ANY of this during his time in our home. If he had, we would have very easily provided something to prop the oven on so that it could be removed from the cabinet and the wires examined. This was such a simple task that, upon him clarifying why he didn't do anything during our visit, we very quickly and easily went and pulled the oven out ourselves and checked the wires. Turns out it was a simple burned out wire nut that was probably causing a short. My husband fixed it in about 20 minutes. I am certain we are not the first home this company has ever encountered that has an oven built into the cabinet, and they seriously don't have any idea how to deal with that? Then he straight up lied to our home warranty and let us sit without an oven for an additional week when it could have easily been fixed during his initial visit. I am astounded at the laziness and dishonesty of this provider.

I requested service through my warranty to correct issues that another Contractor left me with. My garbage disposal had no power, a very nice young man Javier fixed the issue quickly and was so professional explaining everything he was doing. He explained this company is new in Austin and based in Corpus. I would definitely use them again.

We filed a home warranty claim as our outlets outside and in the garage quit working.
The next day Rudee with Zlectric Solutions called and he came immediately. He had the outlets working in under 1/2 an hour, he then fixed a restroom fan, and checked all our electrical systems, breakers, switches, and outlets.
In 1.5 hours it was all complete. He made us feel safe and secure and was extremely professional and just a super nice guy. We feel blessed to of had Rudee in our home. Zlectric Solutions provided by far the most comfortable efficient and thorugh service call we have ever experienced. Thank you Rudee Deleon and Zlectric Solutions for your great work.

Zlectric Solutions was selected by my warranty company for work in San Antonio. For the first service call, they contacted me promptly and came the next day to assess the situation. The electrician was rude and condescending, but it seemed that he was knowledgeable.

He told me that they needed approval from the warranty company to start the job. They received approval 9 days ago and have not contacted me to schedule the job. I have contacted them three times since then to schedule a time to complete the job. My warranty company has also emailed and called them. None of these calls were returned. Now my claim has been closed with no work done at all, and I have had intermittent power for 13 days. It is ridiculous that I can't even get a call back to schedule an approved repair.

My home warranty sent out Zlectric Solutions here in Austin to deal with faulty wiring which caused my outdoor outlet to catch fire after a big rain. Not only did Michael listen to me and my concerns, but he sent his journeyman back to do even more safeguarding when I expressed that I was still anxious (nothing will shake your confidence in your home's wiring like an electrical fire). Both he and his journeyman were communicative, kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe with my wiring. Thanks, Javier, Michael, and team!

I needed electrical work done on my home I was selling. One of the two men that came out was very sarcastic, impatient and condescending. He did not listen to my questions and instead would walk off shaking his head laughing . I am not an electrician so obviously I had questions. I did not appreciate how rude he was. He seemed very annoyed even with my first question...I don't know the quality of his work as I had called my warranty company as soon as he left and requested a different company do the work (which they did, perfectly) because I did not want him back in my home. Plus he left the inside of my home smelling like cigarettes. I feel bad for the company as it has all 5 star reviews but this one employee needs to be retrained on customer service.

The men at Zlectric immediately put me at ease when our building experienced a partial power outage. Michael, the owner, along with two of his employees made sure to meet me first thing in the morning, and within 10 minutes they were able to diagnose and help fix the problem. I highly recommend this company based upon their swift response, availability, knowledge, and honesty. Their kindness is a bonus as well. Give them a call and they'll take care of you!
